On Friday, July 15, in the evening, the St. Peter´s Church in Tiberias filled with over 80 American youth from the Neocatechumenal Way from the city of Aurora, near Denver, Colorado.

Two weeks in the Holy Land, to follow the footsteps of Jesus more closely, walking through the places where he was and witnessing him to the local Church, enriching themselves with the testimonies of the locals, this is the reason for the visit of these young people and many others from the USA who were present in the Holy Land at this time.

So also the parish of St. Peter in Tiberias was part of their itinerary. Through the testimonies and the Mass celebrated together, we were able to get to know each other and encourage each other on our journey of faith.
